@overdriveteam123 yah i tried shooting sidearm yesterday, messed up my shoulder so bad lmao, it still hurts a bit im getting better tho XD
ill see you in ofssaa, i rep all saints
you need arm guards/arm pads.
they wont let u play if u dont
guys this sounds good, but he is actually going side arm so if you are a beginner i wouldnt start off shooting like that
@vaughnrox1228 you will want to. A hard/good check could break your arm easy.
yes
hey im just starting lacrosse and i need to know if i need to buy elbow pads and all that arm guard shit for a high school team.
im a varsity attackman and mostly a ripper so what i do is grip right up on the top of the shaft by the head and wind up with my top hand and whip my hand down while shooting it gives me a 70+ mph shot which isnt bad for placment
@bassplaya8777 yes they are! i play goalie too. i fuckin hateeeee bounce shots. especially since we play on grass that has patches in it and the ball is so damn unpredicatable. i would rather have some1 highlow or lowhigh me n front of the crease then a bounce or a screened worm burner
at least he sounds like he knows what he’s doing. does one heck of a job better than what i could do
I’m a goalie and bounce shots are hard to get.
nope
:37-:33 really helped me. i couldnt find anyone to answer that one for me! thanks i appreciate it expert village
top hand. bottom hand is there to keep the stick in your hands when it gets hit.
when you wind up to shoot are you supposed to cradle with your top or bottom hand?
i actually shoot with both my hands together on the bottom
i also dont shoot too well though…
uh this might just be me but does anyone else actually shoot with ur hands started that far down on the stick
he’s not very good…americans are taught to have firm grips on their sticks and therefore less maneurability and you can see how tight his body is when it should be loose
get jason crosbie to show you a shot
he is very bad…..
I could do better
missed hit pole on last shot hahaha
dayum
